Nordic Walking is a brilliant way to turn an ordinary walk into a full-body workout — without it feeling too intense.
Using specially designed poles, it helps you move naturally, engage more muscles, improve posture and take pressure off your joints and lower back.
It’s low-impact, beginner-friendly and a lovely way to enjoy fresh air, gentle exercise and good company.
Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, build confidence, support your wellbeing or simply try something new, this session is a great place to start.
